I'm happy to report that we have been getting all the Red Sox playoff games. They start at 7 AM, so this morning we invited some fellow Sox fans over for breakfast and the Sox. I made a Parnes' family favorite - Big Apple Pancake. It wasn't quite the same with palm sugar instead of brown sugar, and our Easy Bake oven didn't get quite hot enough, but it was tasty as always.
Looking forward to Game 7 tomorrow morning at 7. Lucky for me I had the foresight to make sure I'm not working until 2 in the afternoon.
